Carol A. Croft, SR/WA, GRI

Carol A. Croft, SR/WA was the founder and principal in Croft and Associates LLC, a right-of-way consulting and real estate appraisal firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. With over 30 years of experience, Carol was internationally recognized as a leader in the right of way field. Together with Jennifer Kriner, Carol assembled an extraordinary team of experts in all areas of right of way acquisition.

On October 15, 2022, after a two-year battle with cancer, Carol passed away. All those who knew Carol would agree we were each blessed to have her in our lives. She had a tremendous impact on everyone she met.

Carol’s vision for this company was to provide quality, on time, right of way services for our client’s…” Right of Way Done the Right Way”. Croft and Associates LLC continues to honor Carol’s vision.

Carol’s final written words were:

“”We are the Champions” by Queen represents well the relationship my team of friends and I share. Without them supporting our endeavors we would NOT be the successful team that we are. I’m grateful for the tough times as well as the good times, both brought us closer together. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to sit at the head of the table! You ALL are Champions!!”

Jennifer C. Kriner, SR/WA is a principal in Croft and Associates LLC. Jenni has over 20 years of experience in right of way project management for local, state and federally funded projects as well as multiple utilities. Jenni has helped lead Croft and Associates, LLC to international recognition as a premier right of way acquisition firm.

Jenni has served as president and director of Tennessee Chapter 32 for the International Right of Way Association. She has been awarded the chapter’s Professional of the Year award. Jenni was co-chair of the Nashville 2016 International Right of Way conference. For over 20 years she has been very active in the Boy Scouts of America.

Jenni has over 20 years of experience in right of way project management for local, state and federally funded projects as well as multiple utilities. Her leadership of contract and office staff has led Croft and Associates, LLC to international recognition as a premier right of way acquisition firm.
