Carol A. Croft, SR/WA is the founder and a principal in Croft and Associates LLC, a right of way consulting and real estate appraisal firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. With over 30 years of experience, Carol is internationally recognized as a leader in the right of way field. Jennifer C. Kriner, SR/WA is a principal in Croft and Associates LLC. Jenni has over 20 years of experience in right of way project management for local, state and federally funded projects as well as multiple utilities. Jenni has helped lead Croft and Associates, LLC to international recognition as a premier right of way acquisition firm.

Jenni has served as president and director of Tennessee Chapter 32 for the International Right of Way Association. She has been awarded the chapter’s Professional of the Year award. Jenni was co-chair of the Nashville 2016 International Right of Way conference. For over 20 years she has been very active in the Boy Scouts of America.
